Support for Conference Related Expenses

Due to the generous support of the listed sponsors, we plan to provide at least partial funding for graduate students, with priority to recent PhD's for any remaining funds. Since some funders will only support U.S. citizens and permanent residents, international students are encouraged to seek additional support from other sources. Anyone who needs funding should still request it, and we will provide as much support as we are able.

More Details

For the convenience of participants receiving funding from the conference, we have reserved affordable rooms at Sellery Hall on the UW campus. We strongly request that funded participants take advantage of this opportunity.

Funding will be done via reimbursement after the conference.

You should request funding through the registration process by July 2 (although be aware of the early bird registration deadline of June 8).

Some of our sponsors will only fund US citizens or permanent residents. For this reason, if you are an international graduate student or postdoc, we encourage you to apply for funding through your supervisor or university first.
