Banquet
The conference banquet will take place Tuesday night, July 17 from 5 PM - 9 PM, at the University Club, 803 State Street and the orange marking on the map below.
Cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be from 5 - 6 pm, with a seated dinner at 6 pm followed by a dessert buffet. The entrée choices are stuffed portabella mushroom (mushroom stuffed with basil and boursin cheese), stuffed pork chop (pear stuffing and apple gastrique), or hanger steak with cilantro chimichurri. A note on the steaks. All steak entrees will be cooked medium, and if you would prefer to have the steak cooked more thoroughly, then you will be able to let the server know when you are served, and they will be happy to cook it further.
Each banquet ticket costs $40 and each participant can buy a ticket for one guest. Tickets should be purchased when you register for the conference. The maximum number of available tickets is 140, and they will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. Tickets should be purchased by July 2.
