The business meeting for ANTS XIII will be Tuesday, July 17 from 3:45-4:45 PM. We will hear bids to host the next ANTS conference, and discuss several issues related to the future of ANTS. Here is a brief agenda.

- Discussion and vote: Should the organizers/PC keep choosing the publisher?
- Discussion vote: If not, should the Steering Committee be in charge of the choice (possibly delegated)?
“Welcoming Environment” policy, aka Harassment and Discrimination (4:20-4:30 pm)
- Discussion and Vote: Should ANTS adopt a standard policy?
- For ANTS 2018 we have adopted the
Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment for Members and Event Attendees set out by the Association for

- Discussion and Vote: If so, should the Steering Committee be in charge of drafting one (possibly delegated)?
