The original ANTS conference logo was designed and hand drawn by Kris Sweedler. Kris is the wife of Moss Sweedler, one of the local organizers of ANTS I.

For ANTS VI, Kris kindly touched up the logo, using a computer to make the letters sharper. The proper ratio of width to height for the ANTS logo is 1.3264.
