Food on campus

No lunch or dinner will be provided other than the conference dinner on Thursday, July 12. Fortunately, there are a variety of reasonable meal options on campus; a detailed list of dining facilities (including all of the ones listed below) and their operating hours can be found here. Note that many facilities are also open for dinner.

Options reachable by a 5 minute walk include Cafe Ventanas (cafeteria with many options), Goody's (burritos, salads, sandwiches), and Home Plate (burgers). Within a 10 minute walk, one also finds the Price Center (large food court), Hi Thai (Thai and other Asian), Roots (vegan), and Bistro at the Strand (Asian fusion; the only table-service restaurant on campus).

For coffee/tea, try Peet's (adjacent to Home Plate), Goody's, or Perks (within the UCSD bookstore at the Price Center). There is a Jamba Juice in the Price Center for those so inclined.
